Eva's Toys - Returns Policy

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days of its receipt and get refunded. The customer must fill our Returns Form before proceeding to return. Please keep in mind that:

  • The product(s) must be in the original packaging, including the safety seal, all the pieces and papers inside.
  • The product(s) must not be used before return.
  • Lingerie cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  • Refunds include the full price of the product(s) returned, excluding shipping charges.

If the item you want to return is against any of the terms written above, the product will not be eligible for a refund and the customer will have to pay for the shipping charges in order to receive the item back.

Defective Products

If you have received a defective product, please fill our Returns Form describing the issue and attach some pictures before proceeding to return. All the products reported as faulty are checked before the customer receives a refund. Please read carefully:

  • If a product is actually faulty, the customer can choose between receiving a full refund of the item (including the shipping charges for the return), or replacing the product with a new same one. Shipping costs for resending the product will be covered by us.
  • In many cases, the products include gift batteries. If the batteries are discharged, it does not mean that the product is defective. Please, try using new batteries before proceeding to return to ensure that the item is not working.
  • If you receive a product that has damage caused by transportation, you may return the item within 24 hours. Please, make sure that a cardboard box could have been bashed, but the products inside it are in perfect condition. If there is no physical damage, there is no reason to declare a transport incident.

Warranties

Eva’s Toys does not provide any warranty of the products on top of the one that is given by some manufacturers. The product warranty is 1 to 2 years, and it always depends on the manufacturer’s policy. The warranty starts from the invoice date. If the customer wants to report an issue with a product that is under warranty, please fill our Returns Form and we will contact the manufacturer when we receive the item in our warehouse. The customer will be informed about the status of the process. Please, keep in mind that products under warranty are not eligible for refund.

Important Notice

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that ensures you for the value of the goods.
  • Return Policy can change anytime without any warning, so make sure that you always read our policy before proceeding to return.
